The complex is developed on a plot that is1060 sq.m. an area of permanent and holiday homes, in a very green and attractive residential environment. It is 200 meters from the beach and overlooks the sea and hills of the surrounding area.
It consists of three detached houses with their own small gardens and a three-story building in which there are five apartments that are built on one to three levels, while the basement is for storage, a boiler room and the swimming pool mechanisms.
